Cass at Bedford Counselling

Introduction

Hello my name is Cass Knight and I created this website so that you can find out a little more about Bedford Counselling and the type of therapy I offer. I know from personal experience that It can be hard to start therapy; but by looking at this website and no doubt others, you have taken the initial step.

Having done some searching, you are probably now aware that there are many different types of counselling. In fact, there are over 400 different models of Psychotherapy in the West and a large number of counsellors out there too!

Finding a qualified counsellor who will work with you in a non-judgemental, confidential and supportive way and establishing a relationship of trust and respect is probably your most important goal.

As an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, I offer a safe place for us to work together to explore what’s troubling you with the aim of helping you gain a deeper understanding of your concerns and make sense of, and resolve the challenges you are facing in your life.

I feel passionate about therapy as a means of helping you to find within yourself answers that you likely already hold. I can be there through the tough times and when it feels as though you are stuck and offer both time limited and open ended counselling to meet your needs.

As a Registered Member of the BACP, I work to their ethical code of conduct offering confidential, sensitive, relationship-orientated therapy.
